The Pool Renovation is Underway!

As discussed during the October 9th Special Membership Meeting, KGRC is moving forward with renovating both the main and baby pools and the concrete decking.  We are excited to share that construction has begun!

Both the baby and main pools were successfully demolished and removed by in October. The crew is now working to prep the main pool for the new pool shell.

During our walk of the current progress, we observed at least eight (8!) white coat layers spanning the life of the original pool. We’ve preserved a few segments for future incorporation into the facility, as well as a testament to the longevity of our little community.
