Believe it or not, summer dive is right around the corner! Join the KGRC Summer Dive Team and our amazing head coaches for a summer of fun in NVSL Division 1.
Registration for Summer Dive 2025 is NOW OPEN! Our summer dive team includes skill development, friendly competition, socialization, a chance to be part of an amazing team, and a lot of fun. We are excited for you to join us! REGISTER NOW!

2025 Practice Schedule
Dive team practices will begin Monday, May 19. Practice will be as follows:
Monday, May 19 – Wednesday, June 11 (Mon – Fri, except Memorial Day)
5-6pm: Age 11 & Over
6-7pm: Age 10 & Under
Thursday, June 12 – Wednesday, July 16
Beginning June 12, we shift to our summer schedule, offering both morning and afternoon practices. While morning practices are grouped by age, we also offer a mixed-age practice if your diver is not able to make the specific age-group practices in the mornings.
Morning Practices (Mon-Fri except for meet nights)
7:45-9am: 10 & Under
9-10:30am: 11 & Over
6-7pm: Mixed-age
We are planning a full season with 5 Dual Meets (on Tuesdays), an Intrasquad + Parents Meet, B meets, Wally Martin, CrackerJack, Divisionals, All-Stars, and more!! The full schedule can be found on the NVSL Dive website and the KGRC calendar but our meets start on Thursday June 12th (Intrasquad) and Tuesday June 17th (First NVSL Dual Meet).
Volunteer Needs!
Summer dive would not happen if it weren’t for all of our wonderful volunteers! But it takes a village – we need YOUR SUPPORT to make this summer as fun, inclusive, and productive as possible!
Please consider supporting our dive team by becoming a Judge, Ref, or Table Worker. NVSL Dive is offering a variety of free training sessions in June – Save the date and come check it out! No signup is required.
- Become an NVSL Official: Judges (and Refs) are our biggest area of need! And the training is helpful for all parents to better understand the scoring of dives. Please consider attending an upcoming clinic to learn more!

- June 10 (Tue) 6:30pm at Chesterbrook
- June 18th (Wed) 6:30pm at Sleepy Hollow Bath
- Refs:
- June 4th (Wed) 6:30pm at Overlee
- June 7th (Sat) 12:00pm at Hamlet
- Late June – 3rd clinic TBD

- Meet Workers: We welcome your help at the tables as an announcer or scorer! NVSL offers one 30-min training session for table workers on June 1, but it is not required – we can spend a few minutes with you to explain the process as it’s pretty straightforward.
