2023 Dive Team Registration is Now Open!

REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER 2023 IS NOW OPEN!!

We hope you are doing well and getting ready for another summer of fun in the sun. Summer dive season will be here before you know it!

We are thrilled to announce that our KGRC Summer Dive Team and our amazing head coaches Leigh Anne and Sina will be back and ready for a fun 2023 season in NVSL Division 2!! Our summer dive team includes skill development, friendly competition, socialization, a chance to be part of an amazing team, and a lot of fun! We are excited for you to join us! REGISTER NOW!

Practice Schedule
Dive team practices will begin Monday, May 22. Practice will be as follows:

May 22 – June 16, 2023

Practices held Monday-Friday

(No practice on Memorial Day)

5-6pm: Age 11 & Over
6-7pm: Age 10 & Under

June 19 – July 21

Beginning June 19, we will shift to our standard summer schedule, offering both morning and afternoon practices. Our practices this season will be grouped by age, however if these times don’t work for your schedule please reach out! During summer schedule, we will also offer two mixed-age practices if your diver is not able to make the specific age-group practices in the mornings. Our practice schedule will be as follows:

Morning Practices

Practices held Monday-Friday

8-9am: 10 & Under
9-10am: 11 & Over
10-11am: Mixed-age

Evening Practice

Practices Held Monday-Friday (except for meet nights)

6-7pm: Mixed-age

Our NVSL Dual Meets will be on Tuesdays with our first meet being on Tuesday, June 20th at KGRC against Walden Glen. We also have a B Meet against Highlands scheduled for Thursday, June 29th. Our full meet schedule can be found on the NVSL website and the KGRC calendar. More details to come!
